Feedback/Evaluation Committee (FEC)

The Feedback / Evaluation Committee (FEC) is responsible for systematically collecting, analyzing, and utilizing feedback from stakeholders to enhance the quality of teaching–learning and institutional processes. It plays a key role in continuous quality improvement by ensuring that feedback from students, faculty, alumni, and employers is effectively integrated into policy formulation and academic development, in alignment with NAAC quality benchmarks.

Objectives

  • To design and implement structured feedback mechanisms for all stakeholders
  • To collect feedback on curriculum, teaching–learning processes, infrastructure, and support services
  • To ensure timely analysis and interpretation of feedback data
  • To facilitate action taken reports (ATR) based on feedback received
  • To support curriculum enrichment and academic improvements through stakeholder inputs
  • To ensure transparency and confidentiality in the feedback process
  • To promote the use of ICT tools for feedback collection and analysis
  • To monitor the effectiveness of corrective measures and quality enhancement initiatives
  • To document feedback, analysis, and action taken reports for accreditation and audit purposes
  • To contribute to continuous institutional improvement and quality assurance
