The Institutional Social Responsibility (ISR) initiative reflects the institution’s commitment to societal development through extension and outreach activities. It promotes social awareness, community engagement, and sustainable practices by encouraging students and staff to actively participate in initiatives that address societal needs, thereby fostering responsible citizenship and aligning with NAAC quality benchmarks.

Objectives

  • To promote social responsibility and community engagement among students and staff
  • To organize extension and outreach programmes addressing societal and environmental issues
  • To encourage participation in community service and service-learning activities
  • To foster values of empathy, compassion, and ethical responsibility
  • To collaborate with NGOs, government bodies, and local communities
