Training & Internship Placement (TIP)

The Training & Internship Placement (TIP) Committee is responsible for enhancing the employability of students by facilitating training, internships, and placement opportunities. It serves as a bridge between the institution and industry, ensuring that students acquire relevant skills, practical exposure, and career opportunities in alignment with NAAC quality benchmarks and industry requirements.

Objectives

  • To facilitate internship opportunities for students in relevant industries and organizations
  • To organize training programmes focused on employability and skill development
  • To coordinate campus recruitment drives and placement activities
  • To establish and strengthen linkages with industry, corporate bodies, and organizations
  • To provide career guidance, counseling, and placement support to students
  • To enhance students’ soft skills, aptitude, and professional competencies
  • To organize workshops on resume building, interview skills, and career readiness
  • To track student progression in terms of internships, placements, and higher education
  • To maintain records of placement data and industry collaborations
  • To contribute to student progression and institutional performance in alignment with NAAC criteria
