Ms Prissie Fernandes, Instructor of Physical Education and Sports at Don Bosco College, Panjim, bagged the 1st place in the State Level Intercollegiate Cross Country Race organised by the Department of Physical Education and Sports, Fr. Agnel College, Pilar, on 8 August 2026. The race was open to all colleges and included two categories: Students Category and Staff of all Colleges along with Residents of St. Andre Constituency (born on or before 31st December 2004) with separate prizes awarded in the Men’s and Women’s Categories.”


Ms Prissie proved her mettle by holding strong throughout the challenging race, securing 1st place in the Women’s Category under the Staff and Residents of St. Andre Constituency. She was awarded in the presence of Principal Prof (Dr.) Annie Rajan and Former Principal Fr. Fredrick Rodrigues. Her remarkable performance is a testament to her dedication, endurance, and sporting spirit, bringing pride and honour to Don Bosco College, Panjim.
