Arantxa Rangel is a dedicated academician with five years of teaching experience in Commerce, specialising in Finance and Accounting. She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce (Finance), in which she secured 88.19% and ranked first in her college. She also qualified for the UGC-NET examination on her first attempt, reflecting her strong academic foundation and commitment to excellence.
As an educator, she adopts a student-centred approach that emphasises clarity, engagement, and practical understanding. She incorporates innovative teaching methods, including video-based learning, quizzes, and interactive group discussions, to create a dynamic and participative classroom environment.
Beyond classroom teaching, she actively contributes to student development and institutional initiatives through mentoring and leadership roles. She has served as a student mentor and NSS Programme Officer and has also contributed to e-content development, demonstrating her interest in enhancing learning through contemporary educational practices.
