Maitreyi Sawant holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Counselling and has qualified the Goa-Maharashtra SET Examination in 2024. With a strong academic foundation, she is committed to fostering both intellectual and emotional growth among her students.
She believes that education should extend beyond the syllabus and classroom, shaping individuals who are not only knowledgeable but also empathetic and socially responsible. Alongside her role as an Assistant Professor, she is an active writer, with her work published on digital platforms since 2020, and holds certifications in book and magazine editing as well as marketing.
Her teaching approach emphasizes self-awareness, critical thinking, and personal development. Through her interests in reading, people-watching, and exploring diverse storytelling formats such as anime and drama series, she brings a relatable and reflective dimension to her engagement with students.
