Dr Sandesh Deelip Tari is an Assistant Professor in Management with over five years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies from Goa University, an M.Com. in Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
His teaching and research interests include Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Financial Management, Organisational Behaviour, Research Methodology, Soft Skills, and Sustainable Business Practices. His doctoral research focused on Green Human Resource Management, and he has published scholarly work in national and international journals and presented papers at academic conferences.
Dr Tari has also contributed to academic administration and student development as an Internship and Placement Coordinator, member of the Institutional Innovation Council, student mentor, and event coordinator. His learner-centred teaching approach incorporates case studies, experiential learning, industry interaction, presentations, and collaborative activities to connect management theory with professional practice.
