The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is a statutory body established as per NAAC guidelines to ensure continuous quality enhancement in all academic and administrative aspects of the institution. It functions as a catalyst for institutionalizing quality assurance strategies, promoting a culture of excellence through systematic planning, monitoring, and evaluation in alignment with NAAC criteria.

Objectives

  • To develop and implement quality benchmarks for academic and administrative activities
  • To facilitate continuous improvement in teaching–learning, research, and governance processes
  • To promote the adoption of best practices and innovative methodologies
  • To ensure timely collection, analysis, and documentation of institutional data (AQAR, SSR)
  • To coordinate quality-related activities and institutional audits
  • To promote stakeholder participation in quality enhancement initiatives
  • To monitor implementation of action plans and quality enhancement measures
  • To facilitate preparation and submission of NAAC-related reports and documentation
  • To institutionalize a culture of quality, accountability, and transparency
  • To contribute to sustained institutional growth and excellence
