DBC’s Business Administration Department Organises Educational Tour

QUICK BITE - The Department of Business Administration of Don Bosco College, Panjim, organised an educational tour to provide students with an opportunity to learn about the business and culture of different parts of India.


The Department of Business Administration of Don Bosco College, Panjim, organised an educational tour for students from 20th to 24th February, 2025. The tour was organised to provide students with an opportunity to learn about the business and culture of different parts of India. The tour began on February 20th with a departure from Goa. On February 21st, the students arrived at Hassan and then proceeded to Mysore. They had an engaging day which included visits to the Mysore Palace and the Mysore Zoo.


On February 22nd, the students visited St. Philomena's Church in the morning. They then proceeded to Coorg and visited the Tibetan Monastery at Kushalnagar. In the evening, they visited Raja's Seat and enjoyed zip-lining. Students had the opportunity to shop for spices, homemade chocolates, and coffee. They stayed overnight in Coorg.


On February 23rd, the students visited Dubare Forest in the morning, and later proceeded to Nisargadhama, where they participated in various activities like boating and the avian show. In the evening, they left for Hassan. On February 24th, the students reached Madgaon station at 9:45 am. They were dropped off at Don Bosco College at 11:00 am.


The itinerary was packed with activities. The students visited a number of historical and cultural attractions. They also had the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of Coorg. The tour proved to be an intriguing experience for the students and the faculty members who accompanied them.
