Goa Management Association - Industry Collaboration

Goa Management Association (GMA) is a vibrant local Management Association formed in 1975 and affiliated to the All-India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi. This was set up to represent the interests of the Management practitioners, professionals and students in Goa and to promote and develop education and research in the discipline of Management.
Our institution, Don Bosco College, Panjim signed a Memorandum of Association (MoU) with GMA on September 13, 2022 to establish a programme for cooperation in areas of mutual interest and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the MoU.

BOSCH CSR Industry - Academia Collaboration Initiative

Bosch is a leading supplier of technology and services in the areas of Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, Energy, and Building Technology. Additionally, Bosch has in India the largest development Centre outside Germany, for end-to-end engineering and technology solutions. For over 60 years, Bosch in India has developed extensive expertise in the realm of occupational training. Since the establishment of Bosch Vocational Centre (BVC) in 1961, Bosch has successfully implemented the German 'Dual' Model of vocational training suited to Indian industry requirements.
In line with the direction given in the National Education Policy'20 and to support the agenda of 'Employable Vocational Education and Skill Development' in higher education, Bosch is planning to support few selected Universities/Colleges/Institutes as a part of their CSR- Industry Academia Collaboration initiative.

On February 10, 2024, the Department of Business Administration at Don Bosco College, Panjim, in collaboration with the Placement and Career Guidance Committee, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Maxxcell Institute of Overseas Education. The agreement was signed by Fr. Kinley D’Cruz, Director of Don Bosco College, and Mrs. Gayatri D’Silva, Director – Operations, Invicta EduAdvise Consultants Private Limited.

Don Bosco College, Panjim, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aaji Care, Goa, an assisted living centre specializing in elder care, dementia support, and psychosocial services. The collaboration seeks to strengthen academic–industry linkages in the areas of mental health awareness, geriatric care, and student skill development.

The MoU was formally signed by Rev. Fr. Kinley D’Cruz (Director, Don Bosco College) and Mr. Prasad Bhide (Founder, Aaji Care, Goa), in the presence of Dr. Cedric Silveira (Officiating Principal), Dr. Vijay Viegas (In-charge, B.A. Psychology), Assistant Professor Andrea D’Souza (Faculty, B.A. Psychology), and Aaji Care representatives Ms. Mylin Lacerda and Ms. Naina Oke.

The MoU, signed on 12 August 2025 by Rev. Fr. Kinley D’Cruz (Director, Don Bosco College) and Mr. Sean Faia (Founder, Fifteen73 Media), was executed on behalf of the department for the benefit of its students. Don Bosco College, Panjim, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the GDP Foundation, an aggregator trust engaged in social research on emerging community trends, challenges, and issues, with the objective of disseminating knowledge across states and countries.

On 30 July 2025, Don Bosco College, Panjim, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the WOW Foundation Goa to strengthen collaboration in the areas of mental health awareness, skill development, and community outreach.

The MoU was signed by Fr. Kinley D’Cruz (Director, Don Bosco College) and Ms. Ketaki Porob (President, WOW Foundation Goa).
