The Placement and Career Counselling Cell of Don Bosco College, Panjim, organized an awareness session on "Preparation Strategies for UPSC, GPSC, and Other Competitive Examinations" on March 7, 2025. The session was conducted by Mr Amith Narera, a distinguished mentor and civil services expert.
Mr Narera provided valuable insights into the UPSC and GPSC examination structures, eligibility criteria, and effective preparation strategies. He highlighted the career prospects, benefits, and unique opportunities available to Goan students. With extensive experience, including five UPSC interview appearances and success in the UPSC CAPF exam, he shared practical techniques for exam preparation.
The session was highly interactive, with students actively engaging in discussions and a Q&A session. Three sessions were conducted to cover all departments of the college. The event concluded with the Coordinator of the BCA Department, Assistant Professor Rohan Kerkar, presenting a memento to Mr Narera as a token of appreciation.
