DBC Campus Placement Drive 2025: A Successful Collaboration Between Don Bosco College and Its Alumni

The Placement and Career Counselling Cell of Don Bosco College, Panjim, in collaboration with the Alumni Association, successfully conducted a Campus Placement Drive on 12 April 2025. The event took place in the Bicentenary Hall of the college and witnessed enthusiastic participation from both current students and alumni.
A total of 52 candidates took part in the drive, engaging with 15 reputed companies representing a wide range of sectors, including Information Technology, Media, Hospitality, Education, Marketing, and Tourism. Two companies conducted their interviews online, while the rest were present physically at the venue. The drive offered a mix of opportunities, including internships, as well as full-time and part-time employment.
The participating companies offered diverse and promising roles. SYSCON Global recruited for positions such as Sales & Marketing, Office Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Admin Assistant, and Front Office Associate. GICE was on the lookout for Soft Skills Trainers, while HAWK (Gozoop) sought candidates for the role of ORM Intern (Brand Reputation Management). The O Heraldo Group provided openings for Sub-editors, Reporters, and Video Editors. EthernetXpress offered roles including Sales & Marketing Executives, Digital Marketing Executive, O&M Admin, and internships. 91HR recruited for positions such as Operations Executive, Tele Sales, AADM, Digital Marketing, Front Office, and Customer Service. Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance looked for Sales Managers, Senior Sales Managers, and Executive Sales Managers.
Make It Happen offered unique roles such as Storyteller, Heritage Tour Promoter, Content Writer, Musician, Photographer, and Videographer. Insight Media presented creative opportunities including Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Social Media Executive, CGI Artist, Creative Strategist, and Accountant. Open Destinations recruited Junior Software Developers and Operations Executives. The hospitality sector was represented by Radisson Candolim and Indy Hotels, both offering roles for Front Office Associates and Sales Executives. Performance Matrix sought candidates for positions such as Patient Relations Associate, Sales Executive, Placement Officer, and interns, while BYD Motors offered the role of Sales Consultant.
The Campus Placement Drive was a resounding success, opening a wide array of career opportunities for students and alumni. It facilitated direct interactions with employers and provided candidates with valuable insights into current industry expectations.
