Alisha Souza is an Assistant Professor in English who brings dedication, sincerity, and integrity to her teaching. Currently pursuing her PhD, she remains actively engaged in advancing her academic and research pursuits.

Her areas of interest include language, identity, and culture, alongside a deep passion for creative writing. She has conducted workshops on writing and has been part of speaker panels at workshops and literary events, including the release of prose works, reflecting her active involvement in the literary community.

Known for her hardworking and diligent approach, she is committed to fostering critical thinking, effective communication, and a genuine appreciation for literature among her students. She creates engaging and supportive learning environments that encourage curiosity, expression, and intellectual growth.
