The session was facilitated by Mr Kundanlal Parganiha, an experienced educator from 'The BODHI Academy,' who shared valuable insights into strategies for excelling in these exams. The session was attended by BA and BCom students.
Mr Parganiha initiated the session by explaining the admission processes in various universities, particularly those offering programmes that align with careers in government and banking sectors. He emphasized the importance of choosing the right academic program to establish a solid foundation for a successful career. A detailed explanation of the selection process in government and private job sectors followed. Mr Parganiha broke down the stages of recruitment, including preliminary exams, mains, and interviews. He also shared information about various recruitment bodies, explaining their roles in government job recruitment. Staying informed about the notifications from these bodies, he stressed, is critical for success in securing government jobs.


Mr. Parganiha also shared valuable data regarding the demand for different roles in the public sector. He highlighted opportunities in administrative services, police services, banking, and teaching, providing participants with a clearer understanding of the job market. His insights into the most lucrative and progressive government positions, such as those in administrative and revenue services, as well as public sector banks, helped aspirants set focused career goals.
Aptitude tests being a common feature in many competitive exams, Mr Parganiha advised students to practice regularly to enhance their speed and accuracy. He shared strategies for mastering quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, all of which are crucial components of these exams.
Towards the end of the session, Mr Parganiha introduced the WhatsApp community created by 'The BODHI Academy' to provide continuous support and guidance. He explained how this platform allows aspirants to stay motivated, share resources, and clarify doubts. He also highlighted the academy’s published books, designed to aid exam preparation with comprehensive coverage of topics and practice questions. The career guidance session proved highly informative and insightful. Mr Parganiha’s expertise provided participants with a roadmap for their preparation, instilling a sense of clarity and confidence in their future career paths. Participants expressed their appreciation for the practical advice and resources provided, making the session a resounding success.
