Don Bosco College, Panjim hosted a 6-day Event Management Workshop for its SY BBA students from January 20 to 25. The workshop kicked off with Mrs Barbara Lornie from Bees Home Solutions, who taught the importance of budgeting and planning for events. Marketing expert Mr Sameer Kapadi shared strategies for promoting events through digital and traditional advertising. Mr Kiran Chandra spoke about event logistics and decorations, while Mrs. Komal Kharpade, founder of Daiklon Events, shared her inspiring journey of building a successful brand. Ms Masha wrapped up the workshop with tips on choosing the right venue and evaluating an event after its conclusion. The workshop demonstrated practical skills and gave students the confidence to dive into the event management industry.
