The Department of English of Don Bosco College, Panjim organised a visit to the Serendipity Arts Festival on December 16, 2025. Students from FY, SY and TY BA English participated in the same. The primary focus of this initiative was to explore how contemporary multimedia artworks integrate traditional storytelling with modern technology.

Students observing a digital projection

Students visited the old GMC Complex and Art Park in Campal, where they observed a diverse array of installations that utilised physical textures, soundscapes and digital projections to convey meaning. Visiting the Serendipity Arts Festival served as a vital extension of the classroom and demonstrated that art, whether written, photographed, painted, printed or sculpted, is a powerful tool for navigating complex human emotions and social injustices. The students were accompanied by Assistant Professors Marina Martins and Jude Fernandes.
