The Department of Business Administration (Travel & Tourism) of Don Bosco College, Panjim, in collaboration with the Yuva Tourism Club and Heritage Club, is organising a Campal Heritage Walk on Saturday, 3 October 2026.
Under the theme “History on Foot, a Sustainable Tomorrow,” participants will embark on a guided walk through the Campal stretch of Panjim, exploring its heritage and developing an appreciation for the preservation of local history and urban spaces.
The walk will be followed by a visit to “Phytoplankton World: The Unseen Heroes of Marine Life,” an immersive, glow-in-the-dark art installation highlighting the tiny life forms that sustain our oceans and our future.
Combining heritage exploration with environmental awareness, the initiative supports Sustainable Development Goals, Quality Education, Sustainable Cities and Communities, and Life Below Water.
Participants are requested to report at Kala Academy, Panjim, at 9:30 a.m.
