For over a decade and a half, Fr. Kinley helmed Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda, where his pioneering vision revolutionized the institution’s landscape. Under his stewardship, the college flourished into a vibrant nexus of research, infrastructure innovation, and industry collaborations—setting new benchmarks in excellence and inspiring generations of engineers to dream beyond boundaries.
