The Class Representatives Forum serves as a structured platform for class representatives to communicate student concerns, feedback, and suggestions to the administration and faculty. It facilitates effective coordination between students and the institution, ensuring participative governance, improved academic delivery, and a responsive learning environment.
Meteora is an annual inter-collegiate event hosted by the College. Meteora is a platform where students showcase their talents in various aspects. Every year the committee has a theme-based event.
Student leaders are elected from every class at the start of the year and are inducted into the student council. The council also has leaders elected to take the lead with regard to specific portfolios. Through these positions of authority, students are taught decision-making, planning and organising, empathy, understanding and other skills that facilitate their overall growth.
Students are encouraged to take on responsibility and grow in areas of their interest. The student council which is sworn in at the start of every academic year is a representative body of the students and brings forward issues, concerns and suggestions that are generally raised. They also strive to create opportunities for learning, student engagement and foster the development of shared interests among students through the duties and portfolios that they are allotted.
